Red Rock Canyon
Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area is somewhere that around two million people visit every year. It is known for its large red rock formations, and a set of sandstone peaks called the Keystone Thrust. These peaks and walls are popular among people for hiking and rock climbing as they can be up to 3,000 feet tall, making it quite the challenge. Or, if you want to see this amazing area in your car, there is a one-way loop road that will allow you to see all the sites that this place has to offer from the safety of your vehicle. If you need to know more information when you get there, there is a visitor center right at the start of the loop where you can stop.
